At Moon Atelier, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please read our Warranty & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Warranty Policy

All products sold on Moon Atelier are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material or workmanship issues present at the time of delivery

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Damage due to water, fire, chemicals, or external force
Color variations due to screen/display differences
Unauthorized repairs or alterations

To claim warranty, customers must provide:

Order ID / Invoice
Clear photos or videos showing the defect

2. Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

Non-Returnable Items:

Products damaged due to customer handling
Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

3. Replacement Policy

If the return request is approved, we will offer:
- Replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability
- If the product is unavailable, an alternative or store credit may be offered

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

5. How to Raise a Return or Warranty Request

Include:

Order ID
Reason for return/warranty
Photos or videos of the product

6. Shipping for Returns

If the return is approved due to our error (defective or wrong item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Moon Atelier.
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
