1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• A valid return request has been approved by our support team

• Replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Normal wear and tear

• Customized or personalized items

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

• Color or texture variations due to screen display differences

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Moon Atelier (wrong or defective item).
