Cancellation Policy

At Moon Atelier, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

  • If your order has already been shipped, the cancellation request cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The issue is due to normal wear and tear or improper use.

  • The request is made after the specified reporting period.

  • The customer changes their mind after the order has been shipped.
